Shipping policy
At CoCollaborations, The Store, we strive to handle every order with utmost care and efficiency, but we are a small business with limited staff. Our official fulfillment dates are Mondays and Fridays. So, if an order comes in after 3 pm on Monday until Thursday, it won't be shipped until Friday. An order that comes in after 3 pm on Friday or during the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Thank you in advance for your patience.
All U.S. domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. The projected delivery dates you see on checkout are approximations only. Estimated shipping dates also do not include the time it takes to process your order.
If your order is time-sensitive, please select a faster shipping method or contact us for availability. We'll do our best to accomodate your needs
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over USD 200 (including Alaska and Hawaii).
Please note: Free shipping does not apply to certain products, such as heavy objects, furniture, and larger artwork, due to their size or weight. This information is indicated on the product page.
Domestic Shipping
We offer the following shipping methods at checkout:
- USPS Priority Mail
- UPS Ground
- UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days)
- UPS Next Day Air (1 business day)
Please note: When shipping via UPS, ensure the delivery address is not a P.O. Box.
Estimated shipping time does not include the time it takes to process your order (approx. 1-3 business days). We ask that you keep this in mind when choosing a shipping method.
We are not responsible for any delays the carrier may cause after the product has been picked up from our offices.
International Shipping
We are currently only shipping within the United States.
Sales Tax
Sales tax on the merchandise total is charged according to U.S. federal and state guidelines.
