Having roots in Japan and apprenticed to renowned ceramic masters: Takashi Nakazato in Karatsu, Japan, and Richard Bresnahan in Minnesota, USA, Ben Suga's work is an exquisite merger of East and West. Suga focuses on creating high-quality ceremonial teaware, tableware, and sculpture in his studio, Suga Pottery, in the Catskill Mountains.

Though each work is handmade, the affordability of Suga's work makes it easy for anyone to acquire one and enrich their daily rituals.
