Suga Pottery Matcha Bowl - Aurora

This Matcha Bowl by Ben Suga features a beautiful multicolor glaze that stretches from shades of orange to blue, vibrant like a polar aurora. Because each bowl is handmade, it has unique variations in color and glaze texture. 

With roots in Japan and training as an apprentice to renowned ceramic masters in Karatsu, Japan, and Minnesota, Ben Suga creates high-quality ceremonial teaware, tableware, and sculpture in his studio in the Catskill Mountains. 

These stoneware bowls are fired at high temperatures, which makes them durable.
